**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as the bank transactions and vendor payments.
- Responsible for Bank reconciliation and processing invoices.
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
- Research and analyze financial reports.
- Create client invoices on an ongoing basis.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Must have complete knowledge of Tally ERP 9, TDS & GST returns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA/CPA/CFA will be an added advantage
- 4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations
- Understanding of data privacy standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
