**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Develop and manage financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights into improving profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- **Accounting and Reporting**:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- **Strategic Financial Decision-Making**:

- Advise senior leadership on financial strategies and decisions.
- Provide analysis on capital expenditures, investments, and other financial decisions.
- Assist in developing financial models to support business expansion and growth.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
- Manage audits and tax filings, working closely with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- **Team Management and Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and financial analysts.
- Set performance goals for the finance team and provide ongoing support.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor the organization's cash flow and make recommendations for optimizing working capital.
- Forecast cash requirements and ensure the business has adequate liquidity.
- **Cost Management**:

- Oversee cost analysis and control processes to optimize financial performance.
- Implement cost-cutting measures and improve operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
