Natminds Services Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Telecaller to join our team. If you have a passion for effective communication, MS-Office, MS-Excel, and possess excellent English and Hindi proficiency, then this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our range of services and initiating sales conversations.
2. Handle incoming calls from existing clients, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads for potential business opportunities.
5. Prepare and present reports on call status, sales activities, and customer feedback using MS-Excel.
6. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English and Hindi skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
7. Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, file management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
