**Location**: K R Puram, Bengaluru
**Position**:Depot Operations Manager (Ex-Serviceman Preferred)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **depot operations** - vehicle dispatch, schedule adherence, and efficiency.
- Manage **workshop activities** - servicing, maintenance, and spare parts tracking.
- Ensure **cleanliness & infrastructure upkeep** at the depot.
- Handle **accident reporting, safety compliance, and discipline enforcement**.
- Hire & train **drivers, maintenance staff**, and improve workforce efficiency.

**Who Can Apply?**
- **Ex-Servicemen** (Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary) with leadership & team management skills.
- Experience in **fleet/logistics/workshop operations** preferred.

Strong **discipline, crisis handling, and decision-making** skills.
- Must be fluent in **Kannada & English**.
- Basic **computer literacy** for reporting & documentation.
