**JD**:
Responsible for managing all return (RTO/RTV) processes across various channels including GT,

Ecommerce
- B2B, D2C, and B2C.

Ensure accurate daily matching of return shipments with courier manifests/ Debit Notes.

Oversee same
- day Quality Control (QC) and put away for all returns.

Manage daily opening and closing data for returns.

Handle defective, discontinued, or recalled materials through customer interactions.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and record keeping of all returns and related documents.

Proficient in processing claims for all marketplace channels and courier partners.

**Skills**:
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.

Effective communication skills for coordinating with various teams.

Familiarity with RTO rules and norms is advantageous.

Working knowledge of ERP SYSTEMS SUCH AS Uni-commerce, Easy E-commerce, etc.

Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
