Desired experience for **Architect - Project (Design) Coordinator** includes:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management or other relevant discipline

Exceptional communication skills necessary, both written and verbal

Minimum 5 years professional experience documenting health projects

**Job Profile**:
A.   **Coordination for**

1) Concept Drawings

2) Approval Drawings

3) Design Development

4) Material / Specification  finalization

5) good at construction drawings

6) Design material related to execution

7) Design VS execution

Above tasks coordination with all internal & external stakeholder which includes architect, structure, MEPF & all others.

B) Conceptual Design for all new residential, commercial & other developments.

Experience from Construction/ Real Estate Industry OR construction material
