Dealing with collector’s queries and request for Proof of Delivery (POD) in accordance with set guidelines.
- Coordinating with Branch, Vendors and Carriers to obtain/Receipt of Proof of Delivery documents.
- Coordinates with internal and external partners in generating data and information needed relevant to the project handled.
- 100% data entry accuracy on all processed POD Request.
- General POD related administrative tasks.
- Handling weekly & monthly reports.
- Completes work within expected periods of time.
- Completes other duties as assigned
- Follow NewAge's Accounts Receivable procedures and guidelines at all times.

Skills: - Excellent Communication Skills - Excellent MS Excel skills - Ability to communicate strongly and influence without authority - Detail oriented - Having Continuous improvement mindset - Flexibility and good team player

Educational Qualification:

- Commerce Graduate
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience MUST

Other Requirement : People residing in Hadapsar or nearby areas would be given a preference. This is WORK FOR OFFICE job.
