Sales Coordinator

**Job Location**: Pune
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Repairing Sales Cards for Billing**:
- Review and rectify sales cards to ensure accurate billing information.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to finalize and process bills.
**2. Accounts Coordination**:
- Obtain and verify bills from the accounts department.
- Ensure timely processing and resolution of billing issues.
**3. Logistics Coordination**:
- Follow up with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- If necessary, arrange suitable modes of transport and delivery for efficient product distribution.
**4. Payment Follow-Up**:
- Track and follow up on payments from dealers to ensure timely receipt.
- Maintain clear records of payment statuses and address any discrepancies.
**5. Monthly Reports**:
- Prepare and submit monthly reports related to post-sales activities, including billing, delivery, and payment statuses.
- Analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
**6. Demo Materials Management**:
- Arrange and manage demo materials for product demonstrations.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of demo materials.
**7. Vehicle Arrangement for Demos**:
- Coordinate the availability and arrangement of two-wheeler vehicles for demo purposes.
**8. Dealer Interaction**:
- Interact regularly with dealers to handle phone orders and address any queries or concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers to enhance service quality and sales performance.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to adapt new thing quickly
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- 1 to 2yrs Experience in GEM or Knowledge
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
