Our client seeks to hire a Legal Counsel
Law graduate
- Assists the Management with all aspects of delivering and managing legal requirements. This includes helping in managing the company secretarial work and compliance management of the companies clients/service provider current and future business.
- He/she must possess excellent technical legal skills, be able to work independently and have confidence to attend meetings with stakeholder in contract negotiations and the analysis of complex documentation in a work environment where the ability to work under pressure with a high level of energy and empathy is very important.
- Drafts, reviews, modifies and negotiates all commercial contracts / tender documents or any other documentation to assist and support various business activities and assess the legal implications that needs to be brought to the attention of Companies Management
- Consults and coordinates with external lawyers on legal matters of the Company
- Provides advice and assistance to the other departments regarding legal issues.
- Follows up to ensure that all Corporate legal documents are in compliance with clients and all federal requirements.
- Performs other incidental and ancillary tasks and duties as may be requested by the Management and CEO.

**Salary**: ₹143,990.55 - ₹893,019.19 per year
