**Experience in Real Estate Industry is must**

Greet and welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and keeping record in the given registers.

Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.

Strong computer knowledge and creative skills like creating Holiday greetings and other art works.

Communicate effectively with internal staff, external clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely information exchange.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
