**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter, update, and maintain sales-related data in CRM and internal systems.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy by minimizing errors and discrepancies.
- Allocate and distribute leads and customer accounts to sales representatives based on business needs.
- Track and improve lead allocation processes for smooth operations.
- Generate regular sales performance and productivity reports.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure timely access to updated data.
- Act as the point of contact for all data and MIS-related queries.
- Conduct periodic audits of sales data to maintain integrity and compliance.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies or gaps in data.
- Maintain records and documentation for all data management activities.
- Develop and refine SOPs for data entry, lead allocation, and reporting processes.
- Continuously improve data-handling efficiency and process optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in MIS, Data Entry, or Sales Operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
