- Provide estimates for repair work, including labor and parts, and explain these clearly to customers.

2. **Coordination with the Bodyshop Team**:

- Communicate customer requirements to the technicians and bodyshop team for accurate repairs and services.
- Ensure that work orders are clearly written and detailed, specifying the necessary repairs and services to be performed.
- Monitor the progress of repair work and update customers on the status of their vehicles.

3. **Service and Repair Management**:

- Oversee the repair and maintenance processes, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and meets Hyundai’s quality standards.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure that necessary parts are available for repairs and replacements.
- Perform quality checks on completed repairs to ensure the vehicle is restored to the manufacturer’s standards before returning it to the customer.

4. **Customer Communication and Satisfaction**:

- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair status, any additional repairs needed, and estimated completion times.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.

5. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of services provided, customer interactions, and vehicle repair history in the system.
- Prepare reports on work completed, including details on labor hours, parts used, and overall costs.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as insurance claims and approvals, is properly managed and processed.

6. **Sales and Upselling**:

- Offer additional services or products that may be beneficial to the customer, such as maintenance packages or vehicle accessories.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions or service packages to increase sales and customer retention.

These responsibilities highlight the service advisor's role in maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to Hyundai's service standards.
