Lead and deliver high-quality product requirements, and deliveries & implement outcome-driven Product Ownership & -Management processes.
- Should be able to provide Product Visions and create Strategies.-
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Experience in Creating User stories and requirement analysis for product enhancement.
- Construct workflow charts (diagrams) and Map the customer journey.
- Good understanding of release management.
- Should have a fair understanding of Agile & Safe principles.-
- Good in communicating requirements internally and externally.
- Have a good understanding of Stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of Risk management.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Tech leads to deliver the projects on time.
- Should be a good negotiator.-
- Help with the growth, hiring, and training of the Product Owner / BA team.
- Follow and propagate company core values.
- Achieve customer positive feedback (Net Promoter Score Rating of 8 or more) through your lead or directly from the customer.**Good to have Skills**:
Energy, Manufacturing, Engineering, Core Industry experience.
- Project Management Skills.**Experience**: 5- 8 Years**Location**: Remote**Work Timings** - 2.30 pm -11.30 pm
