**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** with prior BPO experience (voice and/or chat). The role requires excellent **communication skills** to handle customer queries, provide resolutions over calls/chats, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and chat support professionally.
- Resolve customer queries related to services and products.
- Maintain high-quality communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update CRM/portals with accurate information after every interaction.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets (TAT, CSAT, SLA).
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
- Minimum **6 months to 1 year of BPO/call center experience** (voice/chat).
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).
- Basic computer knowledge & typing skills.
- Customer-centric with patience and problem-solving ability.
