**Job Description**:

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address students' academic, personal, social, and emotional needs.
- Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, interests, and goals to assist in identifying appropriate educational and career pathways.
- Help students explore and understand various educational options, including academic programs, courses, majors, and extracurricular activities.
- Assist students in setting realistic and achievable academic and career goals and develop action plans to accomplish them.
- Provide guidance and support to students in developing effective study skills, time management techniques, and problem-solving strategies.
- Offer assistance in course selection, academic planning, and scheduling to ensure students meet graduation requirements and pursue their desired educational paths.
- Administer and interpret aptitude and career assessment tests to aid students in understanding their skills, interests, and personality traits.
- Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to identify and address academic and behavioral issues that may affect students' learning and progress.
- Provide resources and referrals for additional support services, such as tutoring, counseling, and career exploration programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including academic transcripts, test scores, and counseling session notes.
- Stay updated on current educational trends, college admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and career prospects to provide accurate and relevant information to students.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on topics related to college admissions, financial aid, career planning, and personal development.
