Job Summary:
we looking for a talented Digital Marketing Lead with expertise in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital

marketing strategies across various platforms. You will be directly responsible for leveraging tools like

Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Substack, Reddit, and more, while driving

impactful blog-writing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of social media, content

creation, Innovative thought and community engagement to ensure the brand remains relevant,

relatable, and authoritative in its industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company

goals.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and ROI.
- Bring innovative ideas to reach maximum people in short span of time.

2. Platform-Specific Expertise
- Telegram: Build and manage brand communities, create engaging content, manage

group interactions, and drive user participation with advanced tools and bots.
- X (formerly Twitter): Develop and execute trending hashtag strategies, manage

campaigns, and engage directly with the audience to foster growth.
- Facebook & Instagram: Design and manage campaigns, create compelling visual and

written content, and grow engagement through targeted ads and organic methods.
- Substack: Craft, manage, and grow a newsletter strategy that builds brand loyalty and

informs audiences.
- Blog Writing: Create high-quality, SEO-optimized blog content to attract and retain

customers while positioning the brand as an industry leader.
- Reddit: Strategize and manage Reddit marketing by engaging authentically with

communities, creating AMAs, and leveraging niche subreddits for outreach.

3. Content Creation & Campaign Management
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring content is tailored to each

platform.
- Oversee creative content creation and deployment to maintain brand consistency and

engagement.

4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot,

or platform-specific analytics dashboards.
- Generate actionable insights and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.

5. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and creativity within the team.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies

with overall business goals.
- Present insights, strategies, and campaign performance to stakeholders.

7. Market Research
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, competitor strategies,

and innovations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Telegram, X, Facebook, Instagram, Blog Writing, Substack, and Reddit.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing brand presence across social and digital

platforms.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, community engagement, and SEO optimization.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
