What skill sets are we looking for?

J1190
- Ensuring execution of finalized trade as per terms finalized - both at the supplier and customer end for FOB, CFR, CIF & Stock & Sale business
- Overseeing the entire chain of operations, including contracting, documentation, chartering, freight management from source to customer
- Responsible for timely preparation /execution of documents from back office o Checking orders from supplier / customers to ensure terms agreed are correct o Monitoring the orders and liaise with the customer / supplier for readiness for shipping o Issuing transport document instructions o Ensure that all required documents (bills of lading, certificates of origin, packing lists, invoices, test certificates etc.) are received / presented in time o Following the order through to final payment o Checking all purchase invoices for goods and services ensuring they are paid in line with contracted terms of the order

**Your Roles and Responsibilities**
- Overseeing banking documentation and LC management o Vetting LC's against sales/ purchase contracts and advice discrepancies/ corrections etc. o Opening LC and make any amendments required as the order progresses o Preparing LC opening instructions for customers and checking L/C is workable o Responsible for close coordination with operations and ensuring draft documents from suppliers are met and are as per line with that required for customer side negotiation o Responsible for handling discrepancy-free documents and negotiation with banks o Tracking on TR (trust receipt) and monitoring of repayments
- Overseeing documentation & operations for local sales through stock & sale
- Liasoning with F&A to for all interlinkages between finance & documentation/operations
- Being the SPOC for Navision system management for the entire trading process globally
- Tracking performance of the Operations & Documentation functionalities against the SLAs. Reviewing and improving internal processes towards execution excellence
- Managing business operational risks proactively and efficiently for optimal business operations
