**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced finance professional to lead the **USA taxation, accounting, and financial reporting** function at Mom’s Belief. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, timely reporting, and accurate financial management of our US-based operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**USA Taxation & Compliance**
- Ensure full compliance with **US federal, state, and local tax regulations**.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate timely filing of **US tax returns**:

- Liaise with external tax consultants and advisors for tax planning, filings, and audits.
- Monitor and manage **state-wise registrations**, **sales tax nexus**, and compliance requirements.

**Accounting & Financial Operations**
- Oversee the complete **bookkeeping and accounting process** for the US entity, in line with **US GAAP**.
- Ensure **monthly/quarterly/year-end closings**, reconciliations, and journal entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle intercompany transactions, transfer pricing entries, and reconciliation.

**Financial Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare and analyze **monthly and quarterly financial statements** for the US entity.
- Support **consolidation of financials** with the India team.
- Assist in **budgeting, forecasting**, and presenting key financial metrics.
- Coordinate with auditors (internal & external) and ensure timely audit closures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- CA (India) or CPA (USA) preferred; or a Master’s in Finance/Accounting with strong US exposure
- 3-7 years of experience in **US taxation, reporting, and accounting**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across geographies

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
