Assist in conducting routine preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Maintain records of servicing and parts replacements.
- Support the upkeep of moulds and auxiliary equipment
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns under the supervision of senior engineers.
- Assist in root cause analysis and support troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
- Support minor adjustments to improve cycle time and product quality.
- Learn to interpret machine parameters and diagnose deviations.
- Record maintenance activities and support the generation of daily/weekly reports.
- Maintain logs of spare parts usage and requirements.
- Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
- Support implementation of 5S, TPM, and other lean maintenance practices.
- Participate in machine improvement and Kaizen activities.
- Assist in energy efficiency and equipment reliability initiatives.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
