**Position: Production Engineer - IML (Injection Moulding Labelling)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **Injection Moulding Labelling (IML) process** to ensure efficient production and quality output.
- Oversee **robotic settings** and fine-tune process parameters for optimal efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate **manpower allocation** to ensure smooth production flow.
- Identify and implement **process improvements** to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to **IML production processes** and ensure mínimal disruptions.
- Maintain **quality control standards**, ensuring adherence to **food safety and regulatory requirements**.
- Collaborate with **maintenance teams** to ensure timely servicing and repair of machinery.
- Prepare and analyze **production reports**, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Train and mentor the **production team** on IML best practices and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to **health, safety, and environmental regulations** in manufacturing operations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years in **Injection Moulding Labelling (IML)** within the **FMCG/Food Industry**.
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in **Mechanical, Production, or Plastic Engineering** preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **robotic settings, process optimization, and manpower management**.
- **Industry Expertise**: Prior experience in **food packaging, FMCG, or plastic molding industries**.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot production challenges.
- **Leadership & Team Management**: Capability to manage and train production teams effectively.
- **Process Control & Optimization**: Hands-on experience in improving operational efficiency.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Knowledge of **food industry safety and quality regulations**.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
