**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Maintenance**:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across databases and spreadsheets.
- Regularly review and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- **Data Management Support**:

- Organize and manage data files to streamline accessibility.
- Assist in creating, updating, and managing reports and dashboards.
- **Excel Proficiency**:

- Utilize advanced Excel features such as formulas, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting.
- Prepare and automate data reports using Excel functions.
- **Data Quality Assurance**:

- Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Cross-check and validate data to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- **Operational Assistance**:

- Support the team with data-related tasks and administrative duties.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide data insights and resolve data-related issues.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of data processes and updates.
- Prepare documentation for data handling procedures and workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills and Experience**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experience with data entry and management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle and analyze large data sets.
- Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
