**Job Title**: Structural Fabrication Welder - Mechanical

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret structural and mechanical engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Perform cutting, grinding, tacking, and full welding of structural components using MIG, TIG, or Arc welding methods.
- Fabricate steel structures, frames, supports, and mechanical assemblies to precise dimensions and tolerances.
- Set up and operate welding machines and related tools with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Inspect welds for accuracy, penetration, and defects, and make necessary corrections.
- Carry out basic fitting tasks including alignment, leveling, and clamping before welding.
- Work closely with fitters, fabricators, and engineers to complete assigned fabrication tasks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
