Job Title: PPH Fabricator

Department: PPHFabrication

Experience: 3+ years in PPH fabrication or similar role

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform PPH welding, hot gas welding, butt welding, and fusion welding as per design requirements.

Cut, bend, and shape plastic sheets and components using proper tools and machinery.

Fabricate and assemble blower tanks, piping lines, vessels, filters, banders, and fume hoods as per drawing/specification.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication layouts.

Ensure all fabricated components meet quality and dimensional standards.

Operate and maintain fabrication tools and equipment.

Conduct fit-up, finishing, and leak testing of tanks and piping assemblies.

Follow safety and quality protocols during all fabrication processes.

Work closely with the QA/QC team and report any non-conformities.

Maintain daily production records and material usage reports.

Key Skills Required:
Proficient in PPH welding techniques

Knowledge of plastic fabrication tools and machines

Skilled in cutting, bending, and assembly work

Ability to handle PPH sheets, rods, and pipes

Good understanding of industrial drawings and process equipment

Experience in fabricating custom tanks, vessels, and chemical process units

Educational Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Plastic Fabrication or equivalent

Certification in plastic welding is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
