**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote our products or services to clients, effectively communicating their value propositions.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, addressing any concerns or objections.
- Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely order fulfillment.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive for results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
