**Job Title**:
Learning and Developing Lead

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across teams.
- Collaborate with managers to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Develop training content, incorporate modern learning techniques and tools to create engaging and impactful content.
- Facilitate training sessions in-person and virtually.
- Ensure timely execution of the training calendar and track participation.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Continuously refine programs based on results and employee input.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and learning outcomes.
- Prepare reports for leadership on training ROI and employee skill enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to address evolving learning needs.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master's degree in Human Resources.
- **Experience**: 2-3yrs in a Learning and Development.
- Strong in Behavioral training
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset to assess and report learning impact.
