**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, web design elements, advertisements, brochures, posters, and packaging.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet strategic goals.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
- Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance visual impact.
- Prepare design files for production and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity across various mediums.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs accordingly.
- Knowledge of basic UX/UI principles is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with web design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- Understanding of marketing strategies and branding.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
