**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop design concepts that align with the brand identity.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Work on video editing, motion graphics, and GIFs when required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creativity.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in design software**: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of **color theory, typography, and layout design**.
- Ability to create visually appealing **social media graphics, website banners, and UI/UX elements**.
- Experience in **video editing and motion graphics** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **printing processes and material specifications** for offline marketing.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Strong **time management skills** and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
