**About the Role**

We are looking for a **creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience, strengthens our brand presence, and drives engagement across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize, produce, and execute innovative campaigns that align with Senrysa’s vision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, plan, and execute social media content strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging **text, image, and video content** tailored to each platform’s audience
- Collaborate with designers, marketing leads, and business teams to produce campaign assets
- Manage the day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media handles
- Track performance analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure fresh and impactful content
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and nurture audience relationships
- Support **blog content and thought leadership posts** in coordination with the content/SEO team

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Copywriter, or in a similar role
- Strong skills in **content writing, storytelling, and basic graphic/video editing**:

- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Knowledge of **SEO, hashtags, and platform algorithms** to maximize reach
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas aligned with brand objectives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment

**Good to Have**
- Experience in B2B or technology-driven industries
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video-editing tools
- Understanding of paid promotions and ad campaigns
