**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment and human resources. You will learn the full recruitment cycle, work closely with hiring managers, and help source top talent for various technical roles.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Job Posting**: Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and internal career pages.
- **Market Research**: Assist in researching market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- **Employer Branding**: Support initiatives to promote the company’s employer brand across platforms.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Interest in IT Recruitment**: A genuine interest in talent acquisition, particularly in the tech industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies, or a willingness to learn.
**Preferred**:
- **Previous Experience**: Prior internship or academic project in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Familiarity with professional platforms like LinkedIn.

**CTC**:2.5 LPA (During a Training Period of 6 Months stipend of 10 K)
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
