Key Responsibilities:
**Lead Generation**:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns to improve performance

**Social Media Management**:

- Create, curate, and manage all published content across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Track and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

**Content Creation**:

- Create high-quality content for various channels including blogs, websites, and social media.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging multimedia content such as images, videos, and graphics.

**YouTube Video Management**:

- Plan, create, and upload engaging video content for our YouTube channel.
- Optimize videos for SEO to increase visibility and viewership.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of video content and make improvements as needed.

**Image and Video Editing**:

- Edit and enhance images and videos for various marketing campaigns.
- Use image and video editing tools to create visually appealing content.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience with video content creation and management, particularly on YouTube.
- Proficiency in image and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹4,800,000.00 per year
