As a Marketing executive, you will have the autonomy to design and implement your own campaigns, manage diverse marketing channels, and contribute to event planning and sales enablement.

This position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and adaptability, offering a chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns across various channels.
- Organize and manage both virtual and in-person networking/lead-generation events.
- Foster partnerships with stakeholders, such as Microsoft and trade associations, to plan joint promotional activities.
- Enhance the company’s social media presence and grow its reach.
- Utilize internal marketing platforms/CRMs to produce insightful reports on campaign performance.
- Occasionally travel to support the company’s team for promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in a B2B marketing role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools is desirable.
- Experience managing WordPress websites and using Canva for basic design work.
- Demonstrable experience with LinkedIn as a marketing platform.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, with proven success in lead-generation campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills with a clear and engaging style.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Interest in the tech industry and automation is a plus.
- Experience in SEO and digital advertising is a bonus but not essential.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
