**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Building relationship of trust, transparency and care with senior citizens living in slum areas.
- Building robust partnership for collaborations in the field.
- Effective working towards community building,survey,need assessment and providing required services.
- Efficient documentation and daily reporting.
- Conceptual understanding of real world issues through field work and visits.
- Organizing health camps, events and webinars.
- Pitching new ideas and projects for growth and development of organization.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Impressive and assertive communication skills.
- Patient, empathetic and problem solving approach
- Infallible in documentation work and efficient in computer skills.
- Experienced in public dealing and NGO management.
- Creative and innovative thought process.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Post graduate in Social Work from a recognized university.

**EXPERIENCE**
- 1-3 years of full time working experience with any national or international NGO.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
