**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, grinding).
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Ensure components meet technical specifications and tolerances.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor issues in machine operations.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain production logs and quality records.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with supervisors, setters, and quality teams to meet production targets.
- Suggest improvements in process and efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- HSC & SSLC ,ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in CNC operations (Fresher with training may be considered).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of G-code/M-code and CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
