RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage, execute and optimize Facebook ads, Google ads and SEO campaigns for our clients.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports and provide insights to clients on a regular basis.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to optimize return on investment.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad copy and creative assets. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, Facebook ads, Google ads and SEO.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Proven experience managing, executing and optimizing Facebook ads, Google ads and SEO campaigns.
- Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
- Prior experience working in a social media management agency will be an added advantage.
