District Coordinator - STEMI Pilot Project (Field Operations)

**1. Daily CHC/PHC Center Visits & Monitoring**
- Personally visit a minimum set of assigned CHCs/PHCs every day across the district.
- Verify that ECG machines are functional and that screening activities are happening properly.
- Ensure frontline health workers (staff nurses, MOICs, ECG technicians) are actively conductingscreenings as per protocols.
- Resolve minor operational issues immediately or escalate to the technical team if required.

**2. Target Achievement - ECG Screenings**
- Ensure that daily and weekly ECG screening targets per centre are achieved.
- Identify non-performing centres early and take corrective actions (retraining, local awareness, staffcounselling).
- Share daily target achievement reports through Google Sheets/assigned formats without fail.
- Work with centre heads to fix bottlenecks that are reducing ECG volumes.

**3. Awareness Campaign Execution**
- Plan and organize regular awareness drives at CHCs/PHCs and nearby villages to boost patient inflow.
- Partner with ASHAs, ANMs, school teachers, Panchayat leaders, and local influencers for communitymobilization.
- Use IEC (Information, Education, Communication) materials such as banners, leaflets, posters effectively.
- Capture photographs, videos, and feedback from each event for reporting.

**4. Field Troubleshooting & Support**
- Provide field-level troubleshooting for ECG machine handling, app connectivity, or staff queries.
- Conduct on-the-spot mini-refreshers for ECG use and STEMI detection if field teams show gaps.
- Ensure no centre stays inactive for more than one day without escalation.

**5. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate daily visit logs (centres visited, activities observed, problems solved,outcomes).
- Prepare simple, action-focused reports summarizing achievements, gaps, and next steps. -Escalate critical issues (device failure, serious incidents) immediately to the Project Manager.

**6. Stakeholder Relationship Management**
- Maintain professional working relationships with CHC/PHC medical officers and district healthauthorities.
- Attend local meetings when required and represent the project respectfully.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
