Yosh Marcom is a 360-degree advertising agency specializing in delivering creative, strategic, and impactful solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking **Online Bidding Executives** to join our dynamic team and help us expand our footprint in the USA and Canada markets.
**Position Overview**
As an Online Bidding Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating business for Yosh Marcom through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding portals. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, place competitive bids, and secure projects related to digital marketing, website development, and other cutting-edge tech stacks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively participate in bidding on platforms like **Upwork**, **Freelancer**, and other relevant portals.
- Develop and implement strategies to target clients in the **USA** and **Canada** regions.
- Identify and bid on projects involving:
- **Website Development** (WordPress, Shopify, React.js, and other frameworks)
- **E-commerce Solutions**:
- **Custom Web Applications**:
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals that effectively showcase Yosh Marcom's expertise in these domains.
- Negotiate terms, timelines, and budgets with clients to secure projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that project delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on the latest developments in bidding platforms and the services we offer.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum **2+ years** of proven experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- **Domain Knowledge**: Strong understanding of tech stacks such as:
- Website Development (WordPress, Shopify, React.js, etc.
- E-commerce and Custom Application Development
- **Market Expertise**: Experience in targeting and working with clients in the **USA** and **Canada** regions.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling proposals and engage effectively with international clients.
- **Technical Understanding**: Ability to understand client requirements for the above tech stacks and confidently pitch relevant solutions.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong ability to negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple bids and client relationships simultaneously.
- **Proactive Attitude**: Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to identifying and securing opportunities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage and track client interactions.
- Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing and website development.
