Job Title: Finance and Accounts Manager (Expertise in GST and TDS)

Location: Hyderabad

Working days: 6

**IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED**

**Responsibilities**:
GST Compliance:
Monitor and ensure timely GST filings, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns (GSTR-9).

Review input tax credit (ITC) calculations, reconcile with financial records, and manage GST audits.

Stay updated with changes in GST laws and implement necessary adjustments within the organization.

TDS Compliance:
Oversee TDS deductions as per the Income Tax Act, including TDS on salaries, vendor payments, and other transactions.

Ensure accurate TDS deposit, filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.), and issuance of TDS certificates.

Handle TDS assessments and respond to any related queries or notices from tax authorities.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow statements.

Analyze financial data to provide insights for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall financial performance improvement.

Present financial reports and analysis, highlighting GST and TDS implications, to senior management.

Accounts Management:
Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

Monitor invoicing, payments, and collections while ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations.

Collaborate with teams to resolve GST and TDS related discrepancies in financial transactions.

Compliance and Auditing:
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other relevant regulations.

Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks associated with GST and TDS.

Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants for advisory support on GST and TDS matters.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).

4+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts management with a focus on GST and TDS compliance.

Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of relevant accounting tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a team.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
