**Responsibilities**

- Maintain accurate documentation of all processes and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on MS Excel functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and tools into existing systems for enhanced performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the quality of service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis and reporting.
- Possess a foundational understanding of asset management operations and asset & wealth management.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
- Display excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Be eager to learn and adapt to new challenges in the banking sector.
