About the Role:

RCK Analytics is seeking a seasoned Investment Banking Research Expert to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to provide in-depth insights on sectors and companies under coverage for our global clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating company profiles, executive summaries, competitive landscapes, investment decks, industry reports, financial analysis and benchmarking, information memorandums, newsletters, pitchbooks, idea generation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide deep sector and company research
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations
  • Maintain target industries key databases
  • Handle ad-hoc research requests as per client requirements
  • Develop valuation models including merger models, LBO models, DCF valuation, capital structure modelling, etc.
  • Client communication for project execution and ensuring quality delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in investment banking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of databases such as Factset, YCharts, Bloomberg, CapIQ, Reuters, and Mergermarket
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times and ability to follow deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
