**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain records, rent status, and associated documentation.
- Maintain accurate data entry using **Excel** for rent schedules, tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare, issue, and track allocation letters, rent receipts, and other tenant communications.
- Conduct **site visits** to meet with tenants, address documentation issues, collect information, and resolve rent-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for project updates and align documentation needs accordingly.

**Key Requirements**:

- **2-5 years of experience** in real estate
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** is a must
- Strong verbal and written **communication skills** in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Willingness to **travel to sites** for tenant meetings and documentation-related tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
