**The Opportunity**

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR MIS & Payroll Specialist to join our HR team in Mumbai. If you're data-driven, process-focused, and passionate about HR tech, this role offers the chance to drive real impact across our growing organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain HRIS databases with accuracy and confidentiality

Process payroll in line with statutory and company requirements
- Handle payroll queries and coordinate across departments
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data integrity
- Create and enhance reports/dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools
- Analyze workforce trends and deliver data-driven insights
- Support compliance and audit documentation
- Collaborate to optimize HR workflows and data reporting

Operate HRMS platforms like Zing HR, Zoho People, Keka, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR MIS, payroll processing, and compliance
- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Great communicator and team collaborator
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong plus.
