1. Procurement planning and strategy:
- Make the best use of market information, networking and using innovative ways to give competitive advantage to the business in purchasing.
- Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholder and suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement and drive best practices nationally.
- Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement processes that support those trends.
2. Procurement operations:
- Controls the direct purchasing and sourcing of material at competitive prices.
- Partners with local, regional and global resources to develop and execute purchasing and sourcing plan for material.
- Identify and foresee operational risks such as supply, quality, safety, security, regulatory compliance (including customs and excise) and recommends recovery action plan.
- Ensure adequate quality and stakeholder satisfaction, recommends improvements aiming at improving the satisfaction levels and alignment between their expectations and the site's capabilities.
- Vendor and contract Management.
- Implementing robust vendor management systems covering all aspects of safety, quality, IP protection, cost and service levels.
- Conduct performance measurement process and metrics for key suppliers, monitoring key supplier performance and report status on a regular basis.
- Implementing robust processes and appropriate tools for improving vendor performance through proper agreements, tender management, registration, audits and regular evaluations.
- Identify potential new competitive suppliers for packaging material, determine their capability, financially credibility, service levels and effective quality systems.
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Maintain and submit MIS Report to management.
Stores:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure sufficient inventory of required materials all the time.
- Maintaining Inventory as per the project requirement.
- Physical stock verification and reconciliation of Stock
- Stocking / Storing of materials at right places.
- Maintain security controls cash, keys, alarms and stock.
- Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
