Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge located in Deoghar. The Store Incharge will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, including managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient customer service. The Store Incharge will also handle communication with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
