We are currently seeking a Automation Tester to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Description:
Key areas focused:
Testing in Genesys environment, Technical testing in technologies (Voice, IVR, Call Routing, CTI, and call routing).

JD:
2. Prior experience in Software quality assurance technical testing in one or more of the following Voice Contact Center technologies (Voice, IVR, Call Routing, CTI, and call routing).

3. Working knowledge of Genesys/Cisco Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components.

4. Creation of test documentation and standards.

5. Close collaboration with cross-functional business units and internal partners.

Certifications in Genesys systems are a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Top 2 Must Haves:

- 2-8 years of experience.
- Experience in testing and test automation in Gensys Cloud environment

FTE Salary Range

Junior (2-\u20b9 11,00,000.00 \u20b9 13,00,000.00 \u20b9 14,80,000.00

Contrctor Hourly Rates

Junior (2-INR 735.15 INR 851.76 INR 988.65
