**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **formulation and development** of **nutraceutical products**, including **capsules, tablets, powders, gummies, and effervescents**.
- Conduct **ingredient research, stability studies, and compatibility testing** to ensure optimal product performance and shelf stability.
- Work closely with **manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory teams** to ensure seamless product development and compliance with industry regulations.
- Identify and source **new active ingredients, excipients, and innovative delivery technologies** to enhance product effectiveness.
- Ensure all formulations comply with **FSSAI, FDA, cGMP, and other relevant regulatory standards**.
- Troubleshoot **formulation challenges** related to solubility, bioavailability, stability, and sensory properties.
- Oversee **pilot-scale production trials** and support **technology transfer to full-scale manufacturing**.
- Stay updated on **industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes** to drive innovation in nutraceuticals.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Master’s or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.**:

- **3-5 years of experience** in **nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food supplement formulation**.
- Strong expertise in **nutraceutical ingredients, excipients, and dosage forms**.
- Experience with **stability testing, dissolution studies, and bioavailability enhancement techniques**.
- In-depth knowledge of **FSSAI, cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory compliance requirements**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in **scientific software, analytical tools, and technical documentation**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **herbal formulations, functional foods, or sports nutrition**.
- Knowledge of **encapsulation, spray drying, and other advanced delivery technologies**.
- Strong background in **clinical research and pharmacokinetics**.
