A senior lab technician who is a highly skilled professional who works in a laboratory setting, providing technical support and expertise. The primary responsibilities of a senior lab technician may include:
Running tests: Senior lab technicians are responsible for conducting tests in the laboratory. They may also be required to collect, analyze and interpret data.

Maintaining equipment: Senior lab technicians are responsible for maintaining and repairing laboratory equipment. They ensure that all equipment is in good working order and that it is properly calibrated.

Supervising junior technicians: Senior lab technicians may be required to supervise junior technicians and provide training and guidance to ensure that all work is conducted safely and effectively.

Developing and implementing procedures: Senior lab technicians are responsible for developing and implementing laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Managing inventory: Senior lab technicians are responsible for managing laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring that all materials are properly stored and labeled.

Communicating with stakeholders: Senior lab technicians may be required to communicate with a range of stakeholders, including doctors, nurses. They must be able to effectively communicate technical information to a range of audiences.

Ensuring safety: Senior lab technicians are responsible for ensuring that all work in the laboratory is conducted safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
