A senior lab supervisor who is a highly skilled professional who works in a laboratory setting, providing technical support and expertise. The primary responsibilities of lab supervisor may include:
1. coordinates and manages activities and programs within a laboratory facility; manages records for all activities and programs, as necessary; provides technical support for laboratory equipment, supplies, and data analysis tools;
2. responsible for overseeing safety and security of laboratory facilities including maintaining current knowledge of all relevant protocols, regulations, standards, and safety procedures as well as developing and maintaining standard operating procedures;
Supervising junior technicians: Lab supervisor may be required to supervise junior technicians and provide training and guidance to ensure that all work is conducted safely and effectively.

Developing and implementing procedures: Lab supervisor are responsible for developing and implementing laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Managing inventory: Lab supervisor are responsible for managing laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring that all materials are properly stored and labeled.

Communicating with stakeholders :Lab supervisor may be required to communicate with a range of stakeholders, including doctors, nurses. They must be able to effectively communicate technical information to a range of audiences.

Ensuring safety: Lab supervisor are responsible for ensuring that all work in the laboratory is conducted safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
