Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and interact with customers professionally and warmly.

2. Understand customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations.

3. Showcase interior products and explain their features, benefits, and pricing effectively.

4. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.

5. Convert inquiries into successful sales by providing excellent service and follow-ups.

6. Maintain a presentable and organized showroom environment.

7. Keep track of sales and report progress regularly to the management.

Key Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a sales/customer service role, preferably in interiors or retail.

2. Languages: Proficient in English, Telugu, and Hindi (spoken and written).

3. Appearance: Well-groomed with a strong sense of professional dressing.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

5. Personality: Confident, proactive, and approachable.

6. Sales Skills: Ability to understand client needs and convert leads into successful sales.

7. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
