**JOB ROLE : Customer Service Executive**

Roles and Responsibilities:
*Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from callers for various reasons
- answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.

*Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

*The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

*Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

*Keep records of customer interaction
