we are in lookout for a core IT Recruiter with the following skills:
Please look for some recruiters for us as follows:

- Total experience 4 Years in IT Recruitment as an Individual contributor for end-end recruitment (full lifecycle recruitment)
- Salary bracket around 4 Lakhs
- Contractors are also acceptable

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to understand the technical requirements and validate and shortlist suitable profiles
- Understanding the client's needs & processing the deliverable within a stipulated time frame

Recruiting Technologies
- **Web Technologies**: J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JSP, EJB, Servlets, Web Services, REST, XML, XSLT, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere
- **Content Management**: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress
- **Languages**: Java, Dot Net, Asp.net, VB.Net, C, C++, C#, Python
- **Other Languages**:HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Shell Scripting
- **Operating System**: Linux, UNIX, Windows
- **Oracle Apps**: Oracle HRMS, Oracle Financials, Hyperion, Oracle HRMS
- **Data Warehousing**: Informatica, Business Objects, Tableau, Teradata
- **Big Data**:Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark, Flume, Hortonworks, Cloudera etc
- **Data Integration**: MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion Middleware
- **Database**: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL

Salary budget is around 4-4.5 Laks Per annum

At present it is a hybrid work model. WFH is for 3 days WFO is 2 days.

If married and settled in Bangalore will be more preferred
